Dear All,
I have little question that, is it possible to change background colour of drawing sheet in inventor?
I have to change background colour white to black ( as in autocad) .
If it is possible pls where is setting in how to do it?

You can change the sheet colour by: Tools ribbon -> Document settings -> Sheet tab and the "sheet" button
but, I don't know how well it will work with a black sheet, as all the lines/dims/views/etc will be black on a black background. You'll need to change all your layer-colours (manage ribbon -> Styles Editor -> Layers) to white to make them visible, but then when you print anything it will be trying to print white lines on white paper...

The sheet Background colour is set in:
Tools > Application options > Colors
The colour of the drawing back ground depends on the style you are using.
You can create your own styles, see this post:

But you are right it is not going to work better as white sheet.
