help creating solid

I used surfaces to try and create a solid but it will not sculpt...new to this feature...Can it be made into a solid the surfaces or is there another far better way to create?

Hi!

You are using bondary patch tool, but with slygtly different edges, and it will appear some gaps.

Do the bondary pathches again with more carefull. Also tansform the solid in surface by delecting 2 faces and then, stitch them all (i think it's easear then Sculp).

I managed to create ..thanks for your help....is it possible to make the shape (Surfaces) more smoother as it has ridges/edges where the Patches join
