frame generator parts rotating

Would anybody know what would cause my frame generator parts to rotate when I change a completely different part on my frame. they seem to be off by a very small amount. they seem to rotate everytime a change something else in the frame and can change them to be correct.. I believe my main sketch is constrained.

Hi eman6398,

This is an known issue (see this link). Autodesk has addressed this in Inventor 2013 by allowing you to specify a reference when placing the member via a new option.
