frame generator 2008 missing "Indian Standard" no update?

Hi, The frame generator has the "IS" (Indian Standard) missing in the
standards list. How can I add it. I installed 2008 with all libraries. The
content centre show Indian standard when adding structural items, but the
frame maker drop down list shows other standards but not "IS" which was
there in Inventor 11.
Thanks for this, please reply urgently could you please update the status

This was reported to the product support team earlier a few days ago. The
frame generator is currently using a separate database. This database is
generated form the content center, and an error in the process caused the IS
standards to be skipped.

The frame generator team is based in China, and this week is the Labor Day
holiday. As a result, I haven't been able to get a response from them on a
fix.

As mentioned, this issue has been reported as DID#929728 (by several
customers and by our application engineer in India). Our QA Team has
confirmed the issue. It was escalated last Wednesday (5/9) but what does
that mean?

Despite the level of testing that went into this release, some issues still
end up getting through. Internal procedures are followed to determine how an
issue will be resolved. Some can be addressed in a service pack others via a
hotfix. At this time this particular issue has not been "fixed" although the
development team has evaluated the problem.

This forum is not the channel by which you can most effectively track an
issue of this type. Your best course of action is to work this through your
reseller who in turn will work with the local/regional support team. They
are better able to escalate priorities for these types of fixes.
