fillet failures, access violation

I think I saw some posts on this, but cannot locate them now.



I get errors where my fillets and chamfers dissapear after some updates. "access violation" and "modeling failure" errors pop up.



If I restart inventor and open the part file with the error, I can open the feature edit dialog box and close it without changing anything and the problem goes away.



I work in non-shared and semi-isolated environments.



Anyone else see this? Solutions?
