export to PDF settings

Where do I find the export to PDF settings?  Currently we have to print to PDF to get the drawing looking how it should or the same as when we print it directly to a printer.  When we export to PDF line weights change, text formatting changes, (if a line of text is 50mm long on the drawing it makes it 52mm long in the pdf)

See below the difference in print to PDF, (cute pdf writer) and export pdf

I could never get the save-as-PDF to look correctly either, I always use a PDF printer. If you find the magic button, let me know but I don't think there is one.

Thomas.Rambach is right, use  this tool:
http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/writer.asp
print your file and select the cute pdf printer...
