The custom iProperties are managed separately from the titleblocks (or any
other text object(s)) that reference them - copy/pasting a titleblock (or
any other text) will not automatically create the iProperties it
'references'.
You'll need to add the iProperties to the drawing.
You could use Design Assistant to copy/create the properties from one file
(source of the titleblock) to another (where you pasted the titleblock),
then edit the iProperties of the target file to set their values correctly.
Or use a vba script to create them if you have a lot of files to change. Or
manually create them in the file if it's only a single file.
If you will be making more drawings using this titleblock, you'll want to
add the custom properties to the template IDW as well - any of the above
methods would work to do this.

In one drawing file, my custom iproperties for the title block are gone.
When you open the custom tab the screen is blank.
I have copy-pasted the title blocks from another drawing but even though the
title blocks insert fine, they also do not have any custom iproperties.
Why is it doing that and how do I get the custom iproperties to work????
