This part is made using solid modelling tools.Can it be made using Sheet Metal Tools as this is the preferred method.How do i make please?

Well, you could do it.

I just noticed, that your part was done with 2013. Here's a STEP.

Unfortunately this can't be converted easily back to 2013 sheet metal, because with an import you can't tell Sheet metal envionment, that a contour roll shall be used for modeling.

Perhaps later, or anyone else does it again with 2013.
