Zoom in Inventor as compared to 2D AutoCAD

Zoom . . .

When I use AutoCAD Inventor:

* Rolling the mouse wheel toward me, the object zooms larger, and

* Rolling the mouse wheel away from my body, the object zooms smaller.

Just the opposite, when I use good ole' 2D AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical:

* Rolling the mouse wheel toward me, the object zooms smaller, and

* Rolling the mouse wheel away from my body, the object zooms larger.

Is it possible to change the zoom function in 2D AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical to operate in the same fashion as in Inventor . . .

* Or will this lead to further melting of the polar ice caps!

Thanking you in advance, I am,

CADManTom

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the 3D Modelling tab, under 3D Navigation, select Reverse Mouse wheel zoom.

Method 2

  1. On the AutoCAD command line, enter ZOOMWHEEL.
  2. Enter 0 to use the mouse wheel as in previous AutoCAD releases (moving the wheel up zooms in, moving down zooms out).
  3. Enter 1 to reverse the mouse wheel direction (moving the wheel up zooms out, moving down zooms in).

Thanks!  This works completely as described!

Best of wishes,
