Wont Register .DLL

Error 2

Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Engine 2012Q4\System\Exe\rcom.DLL failed to register. HRESULT-2147010895. Contact your support personnel.

How do i register these? I hit ignore when it came up and asked.

Win8 is not officially supported for Inventor2013.

I would make sure that I have Administrative priveledges when installing Inventor and (don't even know if Win8 has UAC) bit if so, the slider should be set to the lowest setting (turns it off).

Uninstall and re-install with the above settings, then install all SP's for the product
