I looked at this part (or sketch). First attempt at extruding resulted in a CER. Restarted Inventor and edited sketch> Close loop. Picked first object, then next object I get another CER.
Not sure whats going on with it.

What version of inventor are you using?
I am using 2014, and can not open the file, I can only see the thumbnail picture.
Looking at that, it is very possible that you have an open loop, or concident contraints missing, as it appears to have been imported from another program.
IV2015 file, I managed to get the Sketch Doctor to repair the sketch but still unable to extrude as it's lists open shape.
Working around with an intermediate 3DSketch helped.

I could find not CERs associated with the email address for ID atheo11.
Could you have submitted them under a different email address?
