Why Autodesk report window is coming while working?

Dear Autodesk Team,

We are getting attached window of Autodesk report in mid-way of working on Inventor .

What is the reason behind this window coming while working.

After putting email-id in the box then clicking on the 'Send report' how we get the solution .

This is a crash error report dialog. When the product crashes, you will receive this dialog. You can submit the crash report with Autodesk using your email address.Once the issue is submitted successfully, it will automatically redirect you to a location where a relevant hot fix or service pack is available to address your crash issue.
