Hi, I'm currently enrolled in a PLTW course in my local high school. We have a upcoming project that I decided to get a head start on. The problem is, the diagram the project gives out doesn't give clear dimensions how the radius of the fillet. I have attached two files, the work I've already done and the diagram. I've been looking over the diagram for the better part of the day and I still don't know the exact fillet radius I'm supposed to use. On one of the referenced radiuses, I entered in a figure that appeared to work.

The TYP note means Typical - that is - all the smaller radiii are 0.063 (probably a round off of .0625 since we can't hole fillets to 4 decimal places in manufacturing anyhow).
You are doing great.
Here is another way you might have created that part.
(don't for get to add the .0625 hole.
Can you save the file in a different file format? I only have the 2011 version of Inventor since that's the version my school uses. I reccomend saving in the .sat file format.
It wouldn't do you any good to see without a feature tree.
I made the part with 3 simple revolves.
1. for the wheel
2. for the pin (minus the hole)
3. for the spoke cut (cut angle - midplane 30°)
