WARNING: Rounding in IParts

The Sealmaster pillow blocks on www.cbliss.com have rounded fractional
values in some cells (i.e. 1.438 vs. 1.4375) causing downstream constraining
issues and other unexpected problems due to this inaccuracy.

1. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS carry out decimal fractions to their complete
value in solid modeling.
2. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS carry out metric/english conversions to at least 8
decimal places.
3. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS check others' work for this common offense (unless
you know you can trust the source).

I tried to fix these when I found them. Here is what you have to do:
Open the parent and change the precision to 4 or more decimal places.
Open the spread sheet and replace all instances of the three decimal
place numbers with 4 decimal place numbers. It can be a bit of work but
it is the only way to make them right. Of course, if you have fractions
which require 5 decimal places, then change the parts precision to 5.

As a rule, if you are going to create Inch iPart, you should set the
precision up before you create the table otherwise, Inventor will change
the numbers.

It sure would be nice if the whole world used the metric system.
