Using Optimization for checking designs

I am not fully conversant with the optimization function however I have leaned that this can be used for checking FEA tests on designs, could someone please tell me if this is true and if so the method for doing this. Thanks

Thanks for the video link, I was really looking for a quick text breakdown of the process of using the Optimization feature, I have a design and I want to make use of the ability for Optimization to check this for me, could you provide a step-by-step quick guide ? Thanks

There is no pdf i could find in this matter
