Turn off grounding for inserted part in assembly

I don't want to inventor to ground a part when I insert it into assembly.  How do I turn this off?

I don't have 2014 available at the moment, but I believe there is something under the assembly tab in application options.

That is wierd I have it unchecked, but when i inserted a part from content center into an assembly it grounded it.

is this the checkbox you have unchecked?

after you uncheck, did you re-save your assembly template, so that this change occurs for each new assembly?

It was already unchecked, but when I placed a part into the assembly it still grounds the part, however it does not show the part grounded in the browser window.

I tried it with a normal part that I created and it worked, but for content center parts it automatically grounds it.

Then how are you determining that it is "grounded"?
By trying to drag with mouse?

By trying to add an assembly constraint (and getting an error)?

Can you attach a simple assembly here with one of these "grounded" CC parts?
