I'm having some issues with modeling a tube. I want to make one end of it have a smaller radius than the other and haven't found anything online to help me do this. Is it possible to do so?

I don't have a model to share as of the moment, but currently when I have tried to do so, All I have found is the Taper option which lets me change the thickness of the tube (But I haven't figured out how to control the change in thickness in a numerical sense).
