Text placement

How would i go about placing for example text and an arrow in an isometric orintation on an isometric viw of a medel in a .dwg? I have a drawing of the arrow and text in 2d in autocad.

attached is an acad drawing of what im trying to do. you'll see that the "open" arrow is drawn on the door of the isometric view. I having an impossible time trying to get inventor to draw this the same way in a .dwg,

I don't think there is anyway to oblique the text as in AutoCAD.
I would use the explode text express tool in acad, then copy and paste the exploded text and arrow into a Inventor sketched symbol (or block is using Inventor DWG).
