Template for a sheet material

I created a template file for the sheet material with the specified type of material, sheet thickness and the radius of bending. Placed in the Templates folder. Call the template from the menu, HED, and all settings are reset to Default?!
How to make a new file so that all settings are saved?

its because your style library is read only.. Edit your project file settings to set "use style library" to yes. Then make the changes in your template and then save to style library.

In  "use style library"  is not "yes".

If I understand correctly, the project settings under "use style library" to include read-write (1). I did set my desired material and the thickness of the sheet (2). By using the Save a copy as a template saved in the Templates folder (3). Calling a new template from the menu New and it opens settings without (4)!
At which point I made a mistake?New2.jpg

I realized my mistake! When you create a template file must be created a new style!
