'Tap Drill' - Copied, Threaded Hole - Bug

I've recently modelled a small parallel spindle with the same size tapped hole
in each end. I created one hole, then copied and pasted it to the other end,
selecting 'Dependant' in the dialogue box.

When I created the drawing of the spindle I could select each hole so as to add
'Hole notes', but when I tried to Edit the hole notes... so as to show the
Tapping drill size for the tapped hole that had been copied and pasted I found
the check box 'greyed out'.

Is there any particular reason for this, or is it a bug ?
