Subscription - what exactly is included?

Question to Autodesk,
I have subscription untill May 2004. I assume that includes all upgrades, access to web site , documentation.etc.
I asked my reseller about getting a id and passwd for the web site and was told that 'unfortunately this could not be done. this is not possible yet here. maybe next year when you reknew your subscription you can get it'
our software comes from autodesk ireland and liscensing is through switserland I think.

by the way IV cost us$7500 here. so could some one please light some fire somewhere.

I had the same problem, did what your doing and got
verything needed to enter the web site.

All information came (it takes time) via email to
me directly from autodesk.
