Striped Wire - stripe not correct

Hi,

I am having a problem colouring striped wires in cable and harness. If I use the default green yellow striped wire, 16AWG-GRN/YEL, the stripe is running down the length of the wire as it should. If I create my own striped wire (yellow blue) the stripe is cutting across the wire. I created the appearance for the wire by copying the green yellow appearance and image. And yes I have changed the rotation of the image.

I have also realised if I recreate the wire but choose the opposite pins, the blue and yellow swap position, (blue then yellow instead of yellow then blue).

I have also noticed if I change the image in the yellow blue appearance to green yellow (as used in the default striped appearance) the wire (which has 'yellow blue' appearance applied does not change to green yellow. Why would this be?

Any help would be much appreciated!
