Strange not right

Ok I have an excel spreadsheet when I try this

 

GoExcel.Open("E:\Test Part Number.xlsx", "Sheet1")

 It tells me it cannot find the file............

When I do This

Process.Start("E:\Test Part Number.xlsx")

 It finds it opens it just like it should..

 

Why would the GoExcel line can't find the file but the Process.Start can?
