There are a large number of missing surfaces - the assembly will have to be rebuilt or request a good file from the source.

You won't have much luck with it, because lots of missing faces. I can't believe, that such a bad file has been created out of Inventor 2013.

If you can't get a better base file, do that:

- Activate Construction environment

- Unstitch all faces and do a quality check (No errors in this case)

- Define new group (Group1)

- Move faces of the biggest sheet metal to this group

- Switch main group invisible

- Disable translucency of Group1

- Stitch 5 resulting faces

- Copy object as face

- Leave Construction environment

- In modeling environment, thicken whole combo 1,5 mm inwards

- Now back to CE and next faces

Well, some work is needed. But not hopeless with easy geometries like this.
