Split face with multiple profiles

This is a general question, I am not modeling this part.

In a part I have a large plate and on its face I create a sketch with10 circles. If i need to split the face of the plate with these circles can I do this with 1 split feature? or should I use 10 split features?

Perhaps like this.

Smiley Wink Pardon me, Jeffrey. No fully constraints were used.

How does that solve the problem?

Did I miss something?  That could be done in one Extrude - Cut?

Hi, Jeffrey.

I'm not sure about the intended result here. Perhaps a Boolean operation of solids is needed, perhaps only splitting. But splitting only can be done, one circle after the other.

Smiley Wink Peace.

I often need to split multiple faces in FEA - for example a bolt circle clamping areas - very tedious.

I sometimes have the need to split faces with text, and sometimes the face is not planar.  Very tedious to do one-at-a-time

If you want to split faces..you have to use only the split command, and the split command works once by once.

It is as JD wrote.

Maybe.

I don't know about the intended result.

I like the way extrude cuts all the circles at the same time, but may not serve the purpose precisely.

My original post was with spliting faces on solid part to apply loads during FEA. Thats the reason I ask specifically about split face feature.

Ok. Perhaps a derived part would do it. It's an additional file, but ..
