Split a parts list across multiple .idw sheets.

We're limited to putting our parts lists on a "B" size (11x17) sheet only. Having trouble configuring a parts list showing all the data we need on a larger assembly and packing all of it on a single .idw sheet. Does anybody know any way to split the parts list and place pieces of it on multiple sheets of the same .idw?

not sure of the capability of 2010, but you didn't mention if you had
created multiple columns of your BOM on the first idw (edit bill,
right click on a cell and choose "Wrap Table at Row"). I would guess you
could get 100's of items on a single BOM on one sheet if you did it
that way.

we are using 2009 still but what we do and have done with older versions is put multiple copies of parts lists in and then what you do is make the components visible and non visible as needed in each list. This works as we have to make multiple column for our lists and want them to start at the bottom of the sheet. And using the wrap function does not work for us as you can't shift the bottom of the wrapped column.

We'd thought of doing that but it's not ideal. What happens when a part changes or gets deleted, do all the parts list copies update correctly and hidden parts stay hidden? We've had issues when adding to or deleting from lists and charts where all of the hiding/updates have to be redone. Again, possible but definitely not ideal.

Thanks for the ideas. We do wrap our tables too but still have trouble squeezing everything on one sheet at times. Currently were using a .07" text height to get everything on one page. Works OK until you have to reduce to fax or something like that.
