Sketched symbols - connecting with page numbers, section numbers.

I am trying to create sketched symbols that would recognize connection with particular section, showing section number and a page it is coming from.

Example:

I create 2 sections from an elevation. They are numbered 1 and 2.

Elevation is on page 1, section 1 on page 2, section 3 on page 3.

Now, I want the section on the elevation display the number of the section and page number where the section view was moved to.

Also, I want to have sketched symbol that would have a connection with particular section in a way that it displays the section number and a number of a page where the elevation that was used for creation of a section is.
