Give more information on what you are trying to accomplish as there are an infinite number of solutions that would involve Revolve - Cut and sheet metal.

The most basic answer to your question without the parameters of the design intent1.
1. Sketch Rectangle
2. Face
3. Sketch smaller rectangle.
4. Revolve - Cut

Can you provide a picture, a simple example file, or some further clarification of what you're trying to learn how to do? As it is, your question is a bit vauge, making it difficult to know what to show in the requested example.
Could you also tell us what version of Inventor you're using, so that the example is not created in a version of Inventor that you can open.

If the issue is a beveled edge created by a revolved cut, maybe this video will answer the question. But it's just a guess.
