Sheet unfold

Hello me again with a problem of unfolding a part please can any1 help thks

You should indicate when you are not using the latest release.

 

Sketch1 is not constrained - you might read this document.

Shell will not result in correct geometry.
Instead of Extrude and Shell - you should be using the sheet metal tools.

 

Missing a bend (among other problems) at the intersection of the horizontal and arced faces.

How would you get the end face to unfold from your model?

hello sorry next time will indicate my version infact was thinking to go through the sheet metal tools

but reaching the arc secgment i didnt know how to continue. the side profile i will weld them just wanted to ve the development

You might put your version in your signature (see my sig at below) so that others don't respond with a later version solution you can't open.

 

Sketch1 is missing a horizontal constraint on this line (notice that I also changed it to construction linetype.

 

You have a very strange dimension on the angled line - use dimensions that can actually be measured (and manufactured).

 

These changes are all you need to create a Countoured Flange in Sheet Metal environment.
