Sheet metal punch tool not working

i use the Square Emboss.ide punch tool on the single center point in the model but it doesn't let me change size and doesn't create it

Click on the point to place the feature.  (you have more than one visible sketch - so you have to pick the sketch - Inventor doesn't know which one you want as the software can't read minds (yet)).

Edit the feature to change size.

I did that, it writes the number but doesn't change the dimension's value nor the size in the preview. also the punch isn't created, there is an error message

The obvious next question, "Can you post image of the error message?"

(It worked for me on your file using 2013.)

It is strange that now it works but when i edit the ifeature it sometimes doesn't

When you see an error message hit Alt Print Screen and then Ctrl V to paste into MS Word and attach here.

It is rather difficult to analyze problems from a simple, "I get a error" statement.
