Sheet Metal Flat Pattern Help..

Hello, I have a part which is to be rolled out of a 0.6250" Plate. I created  surface of the part and thickned it to the correct thickness. But now when I am trying to get flat pattern of the unfolded part inventor is not giving me correct flat pattern. The ipt file is attached.

Any suggessions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you so much. Is there any way the diagonal bend can be removed from the end curves. The length of the curves is flexible.
