Serious error????

Hi i just installed autodesk inventor 2010 and i get this

Serious error messege saying:
"VBA failed to initialize properly. please restart inventor."

I do not understand why.... i did uninstall and install and such things

HELP PLOX...
I have windows 7

used VB7.msi x64 and it worked fine.

thanks you guys this fixed it for me as well!

installed office 365 (ms office 2013 today) and even though i was able to continue working in inventor 2014 all day, later on tonight doing a bit of house keeping i uninstalled my ms office 2003 and the various compatibility packs that i had installed over the years.

after that inv 2014 was giving me this error.

i have attached a snapshot and a link to the various files (i only provided those for vba7 so far) that you may need if you need to fix this and have no usb stick handy...
