Self-intersecting loop

I've been trying to create a part from an illustrator logo all night and i've gotten everything to work through tracing by hand (there should be some auto tracing feature) but after doing all the tracing there is one letter that won't extrude which is the "S" in Parisleaf. The sketch doctor says that has a "self intersecting loop". I have tried everything but nothing seems to fix it, I am new to inventor so it could very much be just me.

The file is attatched.

Do you know what font is this? Thy to make new sketch and write it again. It should work just fine.

Look closer.  Zoom in and follow the splines.

Also, your splines are not particularly smooth - there's a lot of jagged edges and such.

How did you know that's where it was located?

Zoomed in real close and followed the splines around until I found it.

There may be more, but that was the first one I found.  You still have an open loop, though, and I didn't look for that.  I suspect you've probably got two points on top of each other that need to be combined.  There might just be a gap somewhere, though, I don't know.

You should have started a new thread.

Extrude-cut is normally done in a part file - not an assembly file.

You attached an assembly without any parts?
