not sure if you can sort like that, but if you know which ones to save or not save, just choose :
-no to all, then
-click yes on the files you wish to save...
-then go again and get any that you missed the first time, if you need to depending on how large your assembly is.
...is this what you meant?
By default Inventor only selects yes to parts that have changed or need updated, and no to all others. You can set Inventor not to show those set to no if you want.
A quick update for clarification. Those listed as "No" do not save, even though they are listed in the save diolag box. Only those marked "yes" actually save, and if marked "yes" then they have changed and need updated. Those listed as no show up in case you decide you want to do a complete save on the entire assembly, otherwise you can just click save and not worry abouit it.
Got it. Thanks. Atleast this solution will show all the ones with Yes. In my case, i want to force few of the Yes to No.
