Save Copy As when saving assembly??

Every now and again I'm getting the Save Copy As dialog box come up when
saving as assembly. It is trying to save a copy a part under its original
name. All of the parts have already been saved, I usually just cancel and
save again and I get a normal save. All of the projects are on my machine
(single user) so no parts are being shared etc.

Anyone else had this??

When I get this message it is due to the file being read only. I'll back out
of the save as menu, open explorer, turn off the read only attribute then
hit save (again) in IV.
