Ribbon freezes in inventor 2012

hello,

I am having PDS Ultimate 2012 and working on inventor. when i open a file or open a new template ribbon freezes means menu bar doesn't work properly,if i change the ribbon appearance it doesn't update also i cannot switch between the menu bar tabs and if i turn on the visibility of the datum planes it doesn't show on the screen.But when i refresh the windows everything works sometimes. i have installed SP1 and even repaired inventor. Please suggest to resolve this issue.

i have updated the driver but problem still remain same. i have anothe machine with exactly same configuration but its working fine.
