Resolve resolve link

I have opened a pack&go  and the resolve link dialogue kicks in - searching the folders everything appears to be intack!

filename:

Subfolder path

File Containing Reference

All the information is there - the paths are right & the parts are there!

Whats going on?

It's possible somebody tried to do a "replace" by copying a new file into the folder with the same name. Inventor won't fall for this as it looks at a hidden internal GUID to verify that it's looking at the right file. If it's simply an assembly to part relationship than the easiest way to repair the assembly is to simply open it up, click skip all on the resolve links box, and use the Replace command to replace the old files with the new ones. If it's looking for a reference creating using Derive or Link, then things are a lot messier to fix.
