Resolve Link in Inventor 2011

I have attached the problem. Everytime I open an Inventor Assembly, I have to resolve every file, even though it can find the files that the parts are in. How do I get inventor to automatically resolve the files (as it knows where the parts are, its just frustrating clicking the parts every time I open the assembly).

Welcome to the forum.

How have you setup your folders inside of your master project file?

Looks like you are not using any projects at all and are opening the IAM from the Windows Explorer. As Scott has pointed to you need to be using Projects files within Inventor. The standard is to open Inventor, select the Project file (which denotes what/where Inventor will look and place files), then use the Open File from within Inventor.

Inventor 2020, In-Cad, Simulation Mechanical

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file
