Render problem Cut-out and welds

I have a problen in Inventor 2011 Studio.

I have a model with welds, when i make a cut-out of it.

In Inventor it is all OK but when a render it, the model wtih cut-out is OK but the welds not.

What is wrong?

Can anyone help me?

To better help you...How do you perform the cut?

I made in the  assembly a sketch.

And then Cut Extrusion (2)

But in these assembly in an other assembly wich is weld.

Example:

Model.aim

+Extrusion 2

+Assembly 1

 +Weld

 +Part 1

 +Part 2

+Assembly 2

 +Weld

 +Part 3

 +Part 4

This is exactly the problem. I get the same with your scenario.

The weldment make part of the your subassemblies, and if you want to really cut the welds beams you must use the environment Machining. its only way.
