Reference parts' visibility in Drawing

Hello,

We in our factory have been noticing this issue for some time now and we cannot figure out why.

When a drawing view is made within Inventor from a presentation file (.ipn) some of the parts sometimes donot appear as properly visible.

I have attached some screen shots which might lead to some clues.

Can you elaborate more on what exactly you are asking?  Are you talking about reference parts showing up in the parts list?  Are you talking about reference parts visibly being shown?

Images always help as well.

When you say factory files are you talking about iparts?  If so are these parts controlled within the factory table and just not turned on? 

Is the visibility turned on for these parts in the browser?

Can you attach the files in this thread?
