The Ray tracing is available just in Realistic and Monochrome visual styles.

Is that your case?

If you go in menu Tools > Options > Application Options > Hardware tab, which is the current Graphic Setting?

The Realistic style + Ray tracing is available just if the setting is Performance or Quality.

If this is not the current setting, change it and restart Inventor.

I hope it helps.

Kind regards,

Alessandro

I’m glad I could be helpful.

In general this should not happen, but, if this was your case, and you are using a Microsoft WHQL certified Direct3D graphics card, I’d suggest you to check if there is a newer Microsoft WHQL certified driver for your graphic card on the manufacturer website.

Kind regards,

Alessandro
