Project file

I want to change Content center folder path settings but my project folder originally created by another user Read only. so, how can i change project file status read only?
once i changed read only status from project file then I go content center folder & right click will have option to edit. but due to read only status i can't get that option on right click to that folder.

Maybe you as a user are not supposed to change the location. Is there a file
listed in Included File = ? See attached.

Thanks for your reply.

But note that, another user means another employee & I am not sure he created this project file under my login or his login but this project file is on common network drive.

I want to add correct path for content center folder which is not properly placed. So, I want to change that path but i couldn't edit conten center folder ( by right click to that folder & there is option for edit) because in project editor i see read only in bracket after project name so, it is read only. how to edit that projet file or how to remove read only status so, I edit that project file. do you have any solutions for that?

please also note that, nothing attached in included file i see that through project editor.

please give your ideas/solution for that.
thanks
