Problem with making a thread in Inventor 2015

I have an official Inventor 2015 on my PC. Problem is that icon "Thread" is simply doesn't work.

I choose a cylindrical surface in 3D detail on wich I want to make a thread and then push the icon "Thread" but nothings occurs.

Maybe there somebody had to have a problem like this?

Do you have MS Excel installed on this machine?

Did you run Excel at least once before installing Inventor?

Did you install Inventor with anti-virus and UAC disabled during install?

Is this a new problem, did it used to work.  Or has it never worked?
