Problem with flat pattern size

I'm having a problem with a part. I'm aiming for a particular overall cut size, and figured i would adjust my kfactor to hit the overall length needed on this particular part. Problem is, it seems no matter what I do, I keep getting 42.3". I've even taken my Kfactor all the way up to .9 with no change. I've tried using my bend table with no change to the flat size. I adjusted my bend radius, no change whatsoever. I have included the part in question. I'm aiming for the part to be 45.760x 42.380. It currently is and keeps being 45.760x 42.3

Any idea why this is happening?

Your "sheet metal defaults" is set to one type, but "contour flange 1" is set to it's own bendtable on the "unfold options" tab.
Set it back to the default and you should start seeing differences.
