Preview image in IV browser cut at angle

I've just installed IV2014 and migrated all my files, that went OK, but come the time want to open a file, I use the view as large icon view, I see some strange never before seen cut & removed or transparent sections, like the one sown.

This is just an example it NOT just nuts it seems to be random in another file of a T-handle one of the handles cut like this in another a valve casing. The files load and show OK but this dam annoying
