Panel bar flyout direction

I have my panel bar set up to be a single row of icons along the left side
of my graphics window. This works well with my dual monitor setup.
Recently I updated my video drivers. About that time, the direction of the
flyouts in the panel bar changes. Originally when I clicked on the arrow of
an icon with a flyout, it extended from left to right which worked well.
Now all of a sudden, they go from right to left. This means that they
extend over onto the other monitor. If I move the panel bar to the right
side of the graphics window, it is ok, but I am more comfortable with it on
the left. Is there some configuration setting or something that determines
which direction these go? How can I reverse it?

Thanks.

I still haven't figured out how to reverse this. My flyouts now wrap to
the left onto the second monitor. Anyone run into this or know how to
change the direction that they open?
