Not getting email notifications for topics I'm subscribed to

I'm subscribed to several topics but don't get email notifications when new replies are posted.  Any ideas what's wrong?  I have the following options selected:

"Notify me for my own posts and replies"

"Notify me about accepted solutions to question I am subscribed to"

I also check "Email me when someone replies" when I post a topic but it's never worked.

However, I  don't get any emails for new replies.  I've browsed through my topics many months later and found that I'm missed some replies.  How do I get it so that I get an email everytime a new reply is posted?

BTW, I do get daily digest for "Autodesk Inventor" and "Autodesk Inventor Customization" but that's it.  Thus, my email works and the emails are getting shuttled into my spam folder.
