What does this yellow highlight mean? It's kind of annoying to look at. Q: How do I get rid of it, resolve it?

Projected Geometry in a 2d sketch from the end of the part.

Right click on the sketch and turn off Visibility.

or

turn off AutoProject Edges (as I do) so that it doesn't happen unless you want it.
