Nailboard Ribbon - Disabled

I've created a nailboard view on my Inventor drawing and made changes to it without any issues.  If I toggle to another window and back into my drawing, the entire Nailboard ribbon is disabled and I am unable to do any more edits on the harness.    Any thoughts?

Did you ever find a fix to this mate? As mine has just started to behave in exactly the same way!

 

Any thoughts would be gratefully received, "seems" to be related to the project... and happened after a load of windows updates were applied last night.

 

Inventor 2013 Build 200, Release 2013 SP2 Update 4 running on a Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit Build 7601: SP1 machine

Sussed it folks.... issue exists between keyboard and chair!

Don't make one of your working areas a library!
