More nuber as alias problem

Just had two crash to CER's that may have been related to contact set
After restarting the second time, I discovered that all of the alias that
started with a number were gone
All the other customized aliases / shortcuts were unaffected

I suspect that like most other setting in IV they are not committed until
you do a clean shutdown. So try this, open IV, make your changes and then
close IV. The next time you crash check to see if they are remembered.

This was after more than one clean shutdown though and they had stuck.
